Free Shipping is provided using USPS (U.S. Postal Service) First Class Mail. Larger orders may be automatically upgraded, at Sugarlips' discretion, to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Additionally, at checkout you have the option of upgrading your shipping method at quoted rates.

Free Returns & ExchangesAt Sugarlips, we offer risk free, worry free shopping. We understand that online shopping can sometimes be nerve racking and we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. With Sugarlips' 365 day return policy there are no catches. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order. We will pay the return freight for U.S. and Canadian orders.
